It comes out to $.66 a blade which isn't to bad. About 2/3 off I would say.
Update ( I thought the price was $9.99 but I looked at my receipt and it says 7.99 I thought it was a better deal then I posted LOL my brain wasn't working!)

Target Deal
I went on my shopping trip the other day and found that Target has the Schick Quattro Gift sets for $7.99. Comes with a Razor, and 6 blades and some little goodies. There is a coupon in this Sunday insert for $4 off making it $3.99.
It comes out to $.66 a blade which isn't to bad. About 2/3 off I would say.
