Wednesday - Pork Brisket w/ veggies and Homemade Rolls
Thursday - Chicken Breast over Stuffing w/ Mashed Potatoes, veggies, and left over Rolls
Friday - BLT's w/ Fruit Salad
Saturday - Crock pot Stew w/ Bread

Yummy week planned!
It has been a while since I did BLTs....hummmm might need to squeeze those in somewhere! First though I need to find tomatoes that are safe to eat! LOL
