I submitted for this deal (I bought enough to send in two requests - deal said two was the maximum). I received ONE certificate, followed the directions for calling to find the location nearest me, was told by a recording to expect a call back within 5 days and have never heard from them again. Have you heard of anyone else having troubles with the pedi/mani deal? Glad you enjoyed your pedi! :)
