bread making and fresh fruits and veggies from there
and it was GREAT this week as they put out a $5/$25
coupon!

I also got a good deal on honey from this area which is suppose
to REALLY help allergies! I need all the help I can get for allergy
relief. I definitely will be going back at least once a month for
my grains and honey!

What do you do with the honey to help with allergies??
If you eat the honey grown localy to you it is suppose to help with the allergins you build up so you won't be so allergic to things.... they say :-)
