Turkey Pot Pie
2 cups of chopped Turkey leftovers
1 cup of chopped Carrots
1/2 cup of Peas
1/2 cup of Celery
2 cups of leftover Gravy
Pie crust
2 1/4 cup of White flour
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 cup of Butter
6-7 tablsp. Cold Water
Cut butter into flour and salt until well blended. Add in water until dough.
Cut dough into 1/2 and use one for bottom and one for top of pie.
Add in turkey, and veggies into bottom of pie crust and pour gravy over.
Put top on and cook in oven at 350 for 45-1 hour.
Eat hot!

This sounds really good! I have some left over turkey from dinner on Saturday. I need to get busy and make this. I had it on my menu for Tuesday but forgot to make it early in the day so hubby won and we went out.
I got here from your freezer cooking prep for baby post. I was curious, how do you go about freezing this? Can you just freeze the filling, or do you have to cook the pies first? Thanks for all the great ideas! I'm due May 22nd, so I'm starting my own little list.
