We are a Gluten and Dairy Free Family! It's not easy to cook this way sometimes but I have learned alot about it in the last few months!
I use lots of Rice pastas, rice flours and rice and almond milks to replace normal wheat and dairy items!
Monday - Breakfast Tacos
Tuesday - Chicken and Sausage Gumbo
Wednesday - Pizza Muffins
Thursday - Roasted Chicken 'n bellpeppers over Pasta
