Menu for 4/19 - 4/25



Sunday - In town

Monday -Baked Teriyaki Chicken w/ Red Potatoes Green beans, Salad

Tuesday - Farmhouse Chicken w/Mashed Potatoes, and Veggies (Making 2 extra casseroles for freezer for after baby is born.)

Wednesday - Hamburgers w/Whole Wheat Buns, & Fruit Salad

Thursday - Beef Stew w/ Homemade bread

Friday - BBQ oven Chicken w/ Pasta, and Salad

Saturday - Leftovers

Sounds good! We love the Baked Teriyaki Chicken, too. I like to make extra sauce so I have plenty to use the next day. I fix white rice and English peas when I make the chicken. I'll take left over rice and some of the sauce and saute it in a frying pan. I'll add some diced up left over chicken and toss in some peas and I've got chicken fried rice!
