Wendy Wark’s Gluten-Free Flour Mix (Triple-size)
Ingredients:
6 ¾ cups Brown Rice Flour 2 ¼ cups Sweet Rice Flour
¾ cup Potato Starch Flour 1 cup Cornstarch
2 cups Tapioca Starch Flour 2 Tbsp Xanthan Gum
Directions:
Mix together well. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Can be used cup for cup as a substitute for regular wheat flour.
