Deals of the week for me!

Well, I must say, I hit the Jackpot for once at Walgreens!

I wasn't really going to buy anything at Walgreen's this week. But I went in with

my sisnlaw who had a a RR to use as it expired that day.... So I was going thru the

store I saw a cart full of school supplies and note pads and post it notes. I saw the

clearance price on the post-its and thought.. you know I think I had lots of coupons for

those in my binder! So I looked really quick! Sure enough I had several and the coupons

were for $3.00/2 and the clearance price? $0.49!!! So I would make $2.00 off each set I

bought if they gave me overage!

I grab some and grabbed some peanuts since they were $2.50 each and then the 6 items

I needed to use the $3.00 off each can of peanuts!

And WOW did I do good!

I bought:

6 post -it $0.49ea = $2.94

3 Kraft BBQ Sauce $1.00 ea = $3.00

3 Jello $1.00 ea = $3.00

2 Planters Nuts $2.50 ea =$5.00

2 Dove Chocolate $1.50 ea =$3.00

Total $16.94

Coupons -$15.00

Total OOP = $1.94

Total was $21.47

-$8.00 in CRT

-$5.00 in coupons

-$5.00 ECB

Total =$0.47

Got back $10.00 Ecbs, made $5.00!

I'm gonna try to do a Photo book tomorrow, as its a pretty good deal, but it wasn't working with my USB the other day so I put all my pics on a CD so hopefully it will work great! :-D
