Chicken Pot Pie

Makes 2 pot pies

4 Pies Crusts

3 boneless chicken breast boiled and diced
4 potatoes diced
1 cup peas
2 cups diced carrots
2 cups of chicken gravy (Make from water used to boil the chicken)

Put some of the meat on the bottom of the 2 pie crusts. Mix all veggies and potatoes and put 1/2 of mix in each pie. Put the rest of the meat on the pies. Put a cup of the gravy on each pie. Top with another pie crust.

To freeze wrap well with foil and take out 1 hour before dinner and cook at 350 for 1 hour. Share

Wow, you have a lot of ambition! :)

I was hoping you could post directions on what to do next. The only thing holding me back from making freezer meals is the lack of knowledge in that area. Do I pop it in the oven at the cooking temp frozen? I love to cook, but I hate making dinner after work. This would be a great solution for me! Thanks so much!
