A little big sweater...
My friend Darcie gave me some yarn she didn't need and it was SO cuddly soft that I had to make a sweater out of it for Joshua! I foudna cute pattern and started it in a size 1 so it would be big enough for him come like Oct or so.
By the time I got it mostly done I was looking at it thinking, there is no way this is gonna be big enough for him then... :-( (Remember his first sweater I did for him? LOL) Well, I finnaly finished it today... :-) And it for sure will fit him this coming winter, not sure what I was thinking when I was making it! :-D Its just a BIT to big for him now...
Anyways, on to the next project! :-)

New Gluten Free Bread Recipe!
GF Bread
Makes 2 loaves
Mix up the following in a bowl:
2 cups GF brown rice flour
1 cup sweet rice flour
1 1/3 cup potato starch
2/3 cup tapioca starch + 4 tablespoons tapioca startch
5 teaspoons xanthan Gum
Mix up in Heavy duty mixer the following and let proof for a few mins:
5 tablespoons sugar
5 teaspoons yeast
2 cup warm water
Once yeast proofs add the rest of these items to your yeast:
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
4 large to extra large eggs
2 teaspoon rice or Heinz distilled white vinegar (corn based)
6 tablespoons oil
Mix in the dry ingredients with your electric mixer. Scrap the edges every so often. Mix for about five minutes on High. Place into 2 sprayed, oiled or greased non-stick 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Shape slightly with a rubber spatula. Let rise for 35-45 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 375˚ F oven for 20 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 20 minutes more.
Eat fresh but after one day slice and freeze for later. GF bread tends to be crumbly so this helps with stopping that!

Re- using! and a bit of self promoting! :-D
Anyways, as I was putting coupons in my purse coupon holder I sadly realized it was falling to pieces! :-( I guess it shows that I DO use it, but now I needed a new one. Sigh... not that it was to bad, I could now get a COOL covered one off esty I thought! :-D But then I started thinking about it... what if.... hmmm... my brain was turning!
I went looking in my material box to see if I had some scaps of material left over from any of my recent projects that I could use to cover my broken organizer! Oh the possibilities! Would my heavy duty machine be able to handle it? Would it work again since my coupons were falling out the bottom? Would it be like new????
So I set about cutting, trying to figure out the best way to do it...
and WAL-LA!
It turned out awesome! It's no longer losing my coupons, looks awesomely CHIC, and I didnt have to spend anything to redo it! How cool is THAT!
So, if your intrested, you can now check out my handmade Chic Grocery Coupon Organizer Holder Files that I have listed on Etsy!
Oh the possibilities!!!!!
:-D

Book Reveiw - Isaac Newton By Mitch Stokes
Do you have a blog and like free books?
Then check them out here!
At first as I opened this book I thought I might have a very long dry read ahead of me, but I was acctualy surprised at the amount of information about Isaac Newton I did not know about!
Newton was a was an amazing scientist but also seemed to have a great faith and trust in God. He was truly given a great gift. I don't understand many things about science but this book was very insightfull. You see that Isaac Newton isn't just the guy who had an apple fall on his head that you hear about in school! He was a world famous scientist, mathematician, astronomer and through Newton's life he has changed the world and still continues to have an effect even long after his death.
In his own words, “To celebrate God for his eternity, immensity, omnisciency and omnipotence is indeed very pious and the duty of every creature…”
I am challenged and inspired in just reading the story of how God used this man.
So if you ever get a chance to pick up this book and read it! I would recommend this book to you!
Disclosure of Material Connection: I received this book free from Thomas Nelson Publishers as part of their BookSneeze.com

It's yard sale season!!!!!
Today I was home without a car still and hubby was at work so I decided to strap my little guy in my carrier and head out walking to see what I could find in my neighborhood.
It was a beautiful day so it was a nice walk. We hit three sales and the frat wasn't anything much. The secon. I found a few kids clothes for 25 cents. And the last one had some nice kids stuff I would of got but she thought her stuff was worth WAY more than it was.... It kind of bugs me when people try to charge $5 bucks for a shirt at a YARD sale! I could did stuff new for that!!! Lol. So I didn't get anything from her. Her loss. Oh well!

Today when I get a chance I'm going to clean out my kitchen cabinets. Not sure if I should attempt that while Joshua is up! He already loves to take thins out and play with them! I had to put those huge headband rubberbands around a few cabinets to keep him put of them! :D He will think he's in heaven if I let him go thru everything with me!

Cleaning out his toys!
Doing any cleaning out for spring? I'm hoping to go thru the house this week room by room and pull out stuff we no longer need or is just causing clutter we don't need! We hope to possibly sell our house this month with the tax rebate people are trying to buy something to get in on it! We have a possibilty of a sale so we are just waiting to see if it goes thru or if someone else comes along! And I'm helping a freind have another yard sale since her last one was rained out (even though she dis GREAT still) and I can get ride of whatever I come up with! If we do mice packing would be a bit easier! :D
